Coaches Fellowship

Male and female coaches from throughout the region sharing,
encouraging and strengthening themselves and their programs.

Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.

FCA found a way to marry two of my greatest passions.

“As sports started getting in the way of my commitment with the Lord, FCA showed me that I did not have to give up one or the other.  I could have them both!”

Ryan Laliberte, Coach

What is a Coaches Fellowship?

According to the Webster's 1828 Dictionary, Fellowship is defined this way:

FEL'LOWSHIP , noun :  Companionship; society; mutual association of persons on equal and friendly terms

An FCA Coaches Fellowship, which we call a "huddle", is made up of male and female coaches from all levels of coaching.  Within Central & Western Massachusetts, we have coaches Rec to D1 and everything in between engaging in fellowship.

We have been given a tremendous responsibility of leading our athletes in a way that honors God and raises up the next generation of leaders.   As FCA works to build a network of like-minded coaches, you develop relationships with peers who can completely relate to you and your life as a coach.  We look at our lives as coaches through the word of God.  We pray for one another.  We offer each other accountability.  Together, we discover or rediscover our WHY and become intentional about the legacy we want to leave behind for future generations.

As this community of coaches, spouses and families grows, FCA works behind the scenes to provide opportunities for Marriage Retreats, Coaches Clinics, Outings, Christ-centered Sports Camps and more.
