This volunteer position works closely with the Area Reps and Area Director to achieve missional goals.

Character Coach

Learn More

A Character Coach engages with a specific team to equip and empower the coach and athletes to have character and earns the right to share the Gospel with them.

This volunteer position is trained by our FCA staff to work within the framework of the local school setting and with the access the coach gives.

Huddle Sponsor

Learn More

The Huddle Sponsor is volunteer position that works with the huddle to provide the necessary resources they need to be successful.  That may be donuts, pizza, pens, paper, Bibles, etc.

This person will work with the school club advisor or coach, the student leaders, as well as the local FCA staff.

General Volunteer

Learn More

FCA has many opportunities both on and off campuses to help out.  A General volunteer might not see themselves working with a coach or with students directly, but want to help out in other ways.

There are lots of ways for volunteers to use their gifts and talents in support of ministering to our youth through sports.

Join the Volunteer Leadership Board

Learn More

The FCA volunteer leadership board is focused on increasing ministry leadership capacity by:

  • Builds teams of individuals who are serving together in one or two of their skills, passions and areas of expertise.

  • Creating an environment where all Board Members and the FCA Director can together provide input into strategic ministry planning.
